A graduate with honors from the Université de Montréal, Dr. Matthew Healy has been practicing dentistry for over ten years, with a particular passion for restoring smiles. He is the recipient of two prestigious awards—the American Academy of Implantology Award and the Oral Pathology Award—and is a proud member of both the Ordre des dentistes du Québec and the Association des chirurgiens-dentistes du Québec.

Dr. Healy completed specialized training at the Toronto Institute of Dental Excellence, where he became certified to place and restore dental implants while maintaining the highest standards of care. As a West Island resident with his family, he is delighted to serve the dental needs of his community. When he's not at the clinic, he enjoys playing hockey and spending time with his four young children.

Born and raised in Montreal, Dr. Tuan Hoang earned his dental degree from the Université de Montréal before specializing in oral and maxillofacial surgery. He pursued additional training in Fort Worth, Texas, where he completed a one-year internship at John Peter Smith Hospital, followed by another internship in New York before undertaking a four-year residency at the Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. After practicing in New York for four years, he returned to Montreal to be closer to family and friends.

Dr. Hoang’s expertise covers a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including advanced training in intravenous sedation and general anesthesia. He is certified by the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He also holds certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Outside of work, Dr. Hoang enjoys traveling, fitness, reading, movies, and quality time with his family and friends. He is proud to provide his specialized services at Healy Dental Clinic – Beaconsfield.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Genetic Engineering from McMaster University in Ontario, and a Master’s degree in Neurology from McGill University, Dr. Howell has always had a passion for science. Her studies and research career have shown her how important it is for her to have a direct impact on human health. Having worked as a dental assistant for several years while in high school, she returned to dentistry and in 2010 completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Maryland’s Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

In the following years, she completed a General Practice Residency and worked as an attending at Massachusetts General Hospital’s dental group where, in addition to treating patients, she supervised dental residents. In 2015, family life brought her to New Jersey, where she worked as a general dentist and Clinical Director for Malo Smile USA, developers of the All-on-4® protocol.Then, in 2019, she opened her own private practice and remained its owner until recently, when she and her family decided to return to beautiful Montreal.

Having practiced for 14 years Dr. Howell is competent in all phases of general dentistry; however, it is her kindness, compassion and gentle touch that are most noted by her patients. As someone who values overall health and well-being, Dr. Howell prides herself on taking the time necessary to educate and develop rapport with her patients so that an individualized treatment plan can be developed that addresses the needs and desires of each and every patient.
